February 2013
Pitch Sales Scorecard

Here’s an interesting stat you don’t see very often: There have been more pitch sales so far this year than spec sales (10 vs 9). That’s more a result of a soft spec market than a robust pitch market; although pitch sales have been healthy, the last couple of weeks have seen unusually low numbers of specs taken to market, with correspondingly low sales figures.

With the Spring selling season just getting started, that’s about as much “analysis” as we can do at the moment, so we amused ourselves by playing with charts and graphs, as you’ll see on the next page. We’ll continue looking for useful ways to display our data, and we’re open to suggestions. Let us know what you think.

Enjoy the grids (and graphs!).
