Star Wars Fan Fest, Celebration V, is well underway and the big news of the day was the official word from George Lucas himself that the entire Star Wars series will be released in a Blu-ray box set in 2011. Along with the films in 1080p HD, the discs will feature some deleted scenes from each film, one of which was shown at a special presentation Saturday morning. As always, TheForce.net was on top of all the Star Wars news and snagged video of one the forthcoming deleted scene from Return of the Jedi, which shows Luke Skywalker building his lightsaber.
