Our guest, Katie White worked her way up from being a writer's assistant on NCIS to writing two episodes of the show and joining the WGA. Katie White talks about working in television, the do's and don't of a Writers' Room and the struggles of first moving to Los Angeles and working odd jobs to get by.

This is a very fun and inspiring interview, that should remind writers and artists that the key to success is to just keep going. Katie White talks about her future plans and spec script writing, a skill that started her on this writing journey but she never left.
