What started out as a punch up for jokes -- which would have taken about four weeks -- turned into two years, says screenwriter Brian Lynch of the process he went through when he came on board of Hop, the new live action/animated feature about the Easter Bunny. Lynch co-wrote the script with Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio (Despicable Me). It stars James Marsden and Russell Brand as the voice of the Easter Bunny. Lynch was asked to join the project during its rewrite phase. Script sat down with the writer to discuss the pros and cons of coming onto a project already in draft form.
