The two top-rated lists of hot spec scripts were announced this past week: The Black List and The Hit List. Among the celebrated screenwriters are two connected with The Writers Store. Congratulations to Tyler Marceca, Ashleigh Powell, and all the other talented writers on the lists.

Tyler's script, The Discipline Program , was a winner of The Writers Store Industry Insider Contest and went on to be sold to Universal with Mark Wahlberg attached.

Ashleigh, on both coveted lists, was on the Screenplay Development Notes team at The Writers Store when her script, SomaCell, was acquired by Warner Brothers.
